How long does it take orders to ship?
Processing times for orders can take between 3-10 business days for in stock items. The post office can take up to 5-8 business days to ship within the US. you will receive an email notification from my store when your item has shipped.
I am not responsible for any delays that occur after the package has been handed over to the shipping service. Orders may take a few extra days to arrive because of severe delays from Covid19, so please be patient.
Do you do international orders?
At the moment, I am not doing international orders. I am unable to accept orders from customers located in the UK/EU at this time due to VAT tax laws. Besides, since i’m still learning from this shopping platform (big cartel) I have to do more research before allowing my shop to be able to do international orders. I want your experience and products to arrive to you guys to be as safely as possible and without any issues regarding shipping so thank you for understanding <3

Does the order come with tracking?
there's now two shipping options available for your order. Tracked shipping and stamped shipping (untracked). please refer to the shipping page for details on shipping info and how both of these options work and would be the best for you.
Custom fees and import taxes are not my responsibility.
Do you do any returns/exchanges/cancellations?
When is this the item I'm interested in going to be restocked?
A rough estimate is 2 weeks to 1 month after it’s been sold out. To stay updated and keep in track of restock items is to follow my instagram @leilei_draws for the latest updates regarding releases and restocks.
what happens if my order arrives damaged?
if your mail arrives bended, ripped, or damaged due to mishandled shipping please do the following:
• Take pictures of both the parcel/mailer AND
the damaged goods. Show specific areas
where the damage took place.
• Email/contact me directly about your order
with the respective photos.
• I will do my best to reship your order!
